We are excited to announce the availability of our new Online Permit Application. This new feature will allow contractors and homeowners to submit for new permits online any time day or night.
This portal is for electronic submission of your Zoning and Building permit application with related documents.
NEW CONSTRUCTION, ADDITION OR ALTERATION please do the following:
1) Complete the Zoning Permit Application (link below) with payment to Rock County. The county will then notify you, the Town of Center Clerk and Building Inspector, once payment has been received and the permit is issued (pending no issues). The permit will not be issued without payment.
2) Once the zoning permit has been issued, you will need to complete the *General Building Permit application (link below). The Building Inspector will advise you and the Town of Center (pending no issues) of the permit fee. Payment will need to be received by the Town of Center before the building permit is issued.
*Prior to submitting your General Building Permit application, gather the following as needed for your specific permit:
- Parcel Number
- Zoning Permit Number
- Electronic Copy of all Plans
- Contractor information, including License Number(s) and Expiration Date(s)
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, please do the following:
1) Complete the Conditional Use Permit (link below, under Forms and Permits) then send your CUP payment of $400.00 to the Clerk at Town of Center.

2) Once payment is received, a meeting with the Plan Commission, Residents and Town Board will be scheduled. Please be prepared to attend this meeting.
